they transplanted 50 of them into Kentucky/West Virginia state line area and they have repopulated and moved into Pa., Va., western Md.. can hunt by lottery drawing only.Brian Pontious
I grew up where the elk are in PA. The problem is its not much sport in hunting them there because you can pretty much walk up to them. I have taken pics of them from as close as 5 ft awaydavid stillo
