My parent's were missionaries in Bolivia back in the early 90s. One of the locals brought this bad boy into the village one day. We cooked it up and ate it. It tasted like a chicken flavored tire.

looks more like rose tail boa to me, and it is true snake does taste like chicken make a real good stir fry :)

I'm no herpetologist so you are probably right. I always just assumed it was an anaconda...sounds cooler I guess.
