I also have gotten great service from this product,but my hunting buddy bought 5 last yr and had to send them back. they had a bad batch of IR sensors. he had a bad time getting them replaced.Todd Quinn
That is nice to know, I had 5 out last year with no trouble, I have added 3 more this year and so far so good with them all. I have never had to use the tasco customer service so I can no speak as to how they do.
