He's got more than 24" of mass. A golf ball is over 5 inches in circumference for a reference. This deer probably has more like 28" of mass, maybe more. I think the rest of your measurements are pretty close, but if he averages 3.5 inch mass measurements for all four measurements on each side, you'll still have 28".
