Hey Rick, the photos you upload directly from your computer should upload just fine. However, it may be the type of browser you are using. There are problems with internet explorer due to its format. You may want to try downloading a browser called Safari, if you don't already have it. It is much easier to use, and much better than Internet Explorer as well. I'll let the team know about this problem, and see if they can get to the root of it.
