Filet the carp and remove as many bones as possible. If you're italian the head will go into a simmering pot of water and spices for fish soup later on. Place the filets on a salted cedar board and hand rub in some red and black pepper. Cut a whole lemon in half squeezing the juice over the filet. Wrap the lemon, fish and cedal plank in foil and let broil for about 20 minutes at 450. Remove from oven, carefully open the foil, throw away the fish and eat the cedar plank.
