10 minutes drive from the house, a few seconds to confirm target and pull trigger, 1 hour to drag it through the pines, over two fences (chop off one hoof as it twisted in the wire) and hang in a tree, then two days of cutting and mincing by hand with my paua mincer. 45 minutes to go and buy a freezer to put meat in when old one died from the workload. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh time well spent!
