I've seen other posts of online hunter safety courses and I was wondering if anyone knew of any for New York state.?

I hunted in Fl. this past year and had some experiance with dog hunters and i have to say that i think that it is a lazy and unfair way to harvest deer. what are your thoughts on it.

I have harvested approximately 12 deer in SE GA and all but one or two had what looked like leaches in the sinus cavity where do they get them and what are they? Are the deer helthy to eat still
