Those antlers actually look like they are photo shopped. I just looked up both ROE and MUSK deer and they each have one of those qualities - but neither has both.
Look where the shadow ends under the bone horns. Caleb Seeley is correct - MUNTJAC DEER.
It is a Muntjac deer. They are also called barking deer. They live in China. Only 18 inches tall and they are known to have 6-8 inch horns and exceptionally long canine teeth.
