March 20, 2006 Mac Weakly hooks and manages to land this freak at Dixon Lake in California. Why isn't it a world record? After the giant took a couple of stabs at his white jig, he ended up foul hooking the fish in the side. The IGFA states that a fish could not be INTENTIONALLY foul hooked. Had Mac chosen to challenge it, we would have a new world record.

Monster!! but he should not handle that fish by the lip...it could dislocate the fishes jaw and cause it to die!
