go with NAP or Muzzy and of cource never use a mechanicle broadhead. reason being all things mechanicle can and will end up failing i and tons of ppl i know have lost big bucks for that very reason. this year i am using NAP hell razors
every deer i shot with 2 blade rage i recovered, 3 blade arent as good and have more parts that fail, i just switched this year to all fixed blade NAP thunderheads
I gut shot a doe at 35 yards last year with a rage 1&1/2 inch and recovered her. I won't shoot anything different. Everybody that I know that shoot rage say they won't shoot anything else either.
2 blade rage is best imo very little to fail and they shoot just like a field point. Three blade and you really need to tune your fletchings to your broad heads to be dead on.
125 grain swacker all the way. but i dont hunt wite tail just elk and mule deer..... lost two elk with well placed shots out of my bowtech with the two blade rage and i switched to swacker and i love them they even fly true just like my field points. havent lost any game i shot with them!! 2 elk 4 mule deer.... and with any hope a moose next year.
I use the Broad-head 3 blade 125grain assembly yourself. Practice with it. Switching off off to anything else. 1" dia opening will occur on both side of enetration.
