Ok now I see it. it is the angle of the shot. it is not as it looks. The horn is just hooked over the bar, the bar does not go through the horn, just follow the curve of the horn and you will see.
ok ill tell ya how this happened .....ya see we have this happen to cattle ...they dont relize there is a fence there however they relise that there is something there between the ground and the top rail...so they simpley try to jump under the top rail and over or through what ever it is thats there ending up in jumping between the chain link fence and the rail getting there front half or just there heads stuck between the fence and rail in this case he hooked himself in a bad way
