why is there very few on my land

i have 300 and some odd acres of land we have bucks but not alot not even does we got corn fields regular hay fields but never seems to get anything over a and thats ever couple great years we get one of those why...?

Hi Brandon,
I hunt two properties both different layouts. The one small farm draws many deer of all sizes because of where the land is...its a funnel and draws deer thru it. That is the only reason the deer are plentiful.

The other property has corn and lots of land. 100's of acres. There has to be an attractant. Yours is corn. But staple foods are acorns, alpha, and other nutrients. Its also has a funnel. So there is food, bedding areas, but there is so much land that the deer have a wide variety of foods, bedding, water, escape routes. I dont see or kill as many on the big property but more on the small farm.

you may have dead land. there are some pieces of property that wildlife just do not use
