butter season salt pepper in a cast iron skillet. Thats how pops does int in PA. LOL I like it but it does have a rough texture. This looks like a winning recipe. I will have to try it this year.Mike Richardson
I am a big fan of the McCormick marinade mixes. Best for grilling in my opinion. Add 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup water with 2 table spoons vinegar to their montral mix and you have an awsome marinade. Their chipotle pepper is also great! Look forward to some seeing more of your recipes.Matt Hoffpauir
