What to do?
Got a full week of whitetail hunting in front of me. I've ventured deep into my property where ive never hunted before and found numerous trails scrapes rubs and tracks. I hunt closer to the house and always had luck but never seen the evidence of deer like there is deeper. Should i stay to known territory or put my tracks in unhunted terrain?

My recommendation is: stay near the house and fields during the early season...leave the trails, scrapes and rubs for the week of the rut...then hunt the big buck in the bush... better chance of getting him because you haven't disturbed him yet
