what is better

i wanna start hunting deer but im not sure whats better a compound bow or a rifle

use both,, bowhunting is my favorite! I use my bow during rifle season as well. Just all depends on your taste!

bow hunting is so much more of a rush i made all my kid take on with a crossbow befor i let them gun hunt i have all most fell out of stands being so hiper arter taking a deer with my bow

I agree with everyone but if you're on a budget and just trying to get in to it you're going to have better odds with a rifle.

If your gonna hunt this year I suggest a rifle. It can take a while to get confident with a bow and seasons are open, or close to opening in most states. that being said, it is a much bigger challenge and rush to successfully bad a deer with a bow!
