Should you stay in the stand all day??

Ok yall i wanted to talk about staying in the stand all day. Keep in mind this is Just one Marines opinion. Yes it can pay off to stay in the stand all day. Alot of your big bucks move during the middle of the day especially during the rut. so if your one to come out about 10 or 11 you could miss the big buck. so what i do is i bring things to keep me from getting board. Smart phone, book, etc. i also bring an extra seat for my backside. I always bring snack foods and water. Of course the most important thing is to keep your safety harness hooked to the tree. We are prone on all day hunts to take a nap and you fall with out a harness you will be in real trouble. It is also important to have confidence in your area. If you don't Have confidence you won't stay anyway. So if you can force yourself to stay all day in the stand it can really pay off.

I usually try to stay in the stand all day especially if you know you have a big bruiser running around your area.

I do see some big bucks randomly running through during the day on my cams so I sit all day a few times a year. I will typically do it on bow opening day and once or twice during the rut if I don't have a good kill yet. Pack a lunch, poggy bait, drinks, and bring some bottles to urinate in

Derek..... Great feed back. But i gotta say i have not heard Poggy Bait in a good while. For any reader who does not know what poggy bait is, it is "snack food"

I will stay all day the 1st weekend of bow, but weather determines early season hunts, but from mid Oct thru Dec. I'll stay all day every chance I get.

I think it may be very convenient. You can easily compare prices in different countries and find your dream hunting. Your opinion is highly needed!
