Mule Deer hunting in NW KS

I have always just hunted white tails but a few weeks ago one of my hunting buddies mentioned going to Norton KS to hunt and so we are doing it this weekend! There are whitetails and mulies out there but I am interested in mulies. Any tips for this? I am bow hunting and have both stands and blinds.

I think its harder to get a mulie out of a blind. The best way for me is to get up on a ridge and glass until you see one, then stalk 'em. Though, it'd probaly be harder that way with a bow...

Well I saw more deer out there then I ever have in my life! Had lots of shots at does and little bucks but not really what I was looking for. I will try again later in the season I think!
