Is anyone getting ready to hunt, or has your season already started?

I was calm up until hubby and i put out some corn and now I'm like all freaking jittery and can't seem to stop thinking, OMGosh what happens if i miss and then i have a long ride home with an unhappy husband....UGH!!!

Already started in KS for bow. Had 3 doe walk 10 feet from me this morning :) they were all small and not worth shooting but still got me pretty pumped!

Ugh...We still have to wait til the 29th of September....For months I've been calm, no pressure, and then the other day it hit me. Hubby has had deer fever since we bought my bow and started practicing and now he's all calm, cool, and collected. lol. I Can't wait!!!!

I remember my husband yelling for a head shot til I finally yelled back "Shut up! I'm aiming for the biggest part." I took that buck home and the shot didn't mess up anything. Took his heart right out. Can you see me smiling! Just have a good time and be careful.

I can't wait. Bow season doesn't start til Oct. in Vermont. And just last night Jim, a neighbor, big wildlife photographer, saw big ten four out in our field last night. He got a couple of shots before he went to bed down for the night. I'm telling ya I can't wait to get a shot at him

Hey Brittany if you live close to Charleston you should check out the urban hunt. I've had one for three years and it allows you 7 deer a year and my season started sept 8

Hey Jeanie, I'm taking your advice, and telling hubby to hush, when he starts saying aim and all. And Steve, I don't live close, I'm about a 2 hours away from there, but I'd like to hear more about this Urban Hunt? Our season is actually opening early this year which is a first, usually it ain't til mid-October. So, there's a chance that my hubby can get one in velvet still like he keeps hoping for. lol. =)

I think it may be very convenient. You can easily compare prices in different countries and find your dream hunting. Your opinion is highly needed!
