I'm building a grill and smoker trailer. I need suggestions before I start cutting and welding.

I have a 8' x 12' trailer that I've been using for ages for hauling atv's and mowers, etc. It's just worn out and probably not safe for large loads any more. It's all metal with a wire mesh floor and I want to convert it into a towable grill trailer. I'd love to do a smoker and at least 2 grills on it. I've considered the tried and true method of using old water heater cylinders, which are easy to get.
Are there any suggestions before I start cutting and welding? On my list are 1 smoker, 2 grills, and one basin/box to burn wood and charcoal to get coals.

i would use a 55 gal barrel cut in half and a 25gal one for the smoker cut in half weld angel iron on inside to suport your lid and you can make slides in the back for air i have the prints if u need them.

Hell I would do his idea for a grill but your beter off with a small wood smoke house on the trailer. wood smoke house's give the meat the best flaver and depending on what type of wood you use for it and also the chips you use is going to change the flavore of the meat to what you whant. Good luck man hope you git it bilt soon so you can injoy useing it for your next kill.

I think it may be very convenient. You can easily compare prices in different countries and find your dream hunting. Your opinion is highly needed!
