I need help with a Scholastic Archery Program.

I am in the process of starting a program from the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) to include certification as a coach, as well as seeking Level 3 coach credentials from Team USA Archery. I am already a national level shotgun coach and instructor. I am pursuing archery now. I have gained about $6000 in grant and contributions to get the first round of gear (Bows, over 1000 arrows, targets, back stop, etc.) Everyone is very excited about this program so far. Do any of you have any experience with this and are there pitfalls that I'm just not seeing?
