How do you deal with other members of your lease that can't follow the harvest limits of the lease?

I got a lease that I have helped manage for my dad and great uncle for about 5 years now and only 2 buck have been killed that met the lease requirements. I am tired of watching the deer that I have monitered on game cameras, fed through food plots and mineral licks, and passed up to grow another year, get shot before they are mature and fully grown.

If they can't abide by the lease requirements and have taken several deer essentially illegally off the property, than they surely shouldn't be hunting there. Id kick them off for good.

I think it may be very convenient. You can easily compare prices in different countries and find your dream hunting. Your opinion is highly needed!
