First time Bear hunt?

This is my first year bear hunting, never done it before. And I'll be on my own. There is a 400-500 (best guess) pound black bear hanging around our farm. And he needs to go. He's costing us to much in damages, destroying trash cans, not knocking them down, chewing them up and smashing them to bits, stealing our chickens, getting into the barn to steal horse grain, and the list goes on. He is a very troublesome bear, who isn't afraid of anything, shouting, air horns, lights flashing.
I live in Vermont, so there is a no food baiting. But I could really use some help about drawing up a plan of how to draw him out, and where I should position myself.
On my farm there are apple trees, pear trees, blue berry bushes, raspberry bushes, peach trees, choke cherries, and black raspberry bushes. They are all close together in this one area, but he seems more interested in the bird feeders by our house.
Bear season starts Sept. 1st.
Any and all info will be helpful.

I think it may be very convenient. You can easily compare prices in different countries and find your dream hunting. Your opinion is highly needed!
