Who's seen this buck?

Saw this video in 2009 when it first hit the web and just ran into in again. These are by far the biggest drop tines on a wild buck i have ever seen just woundering what all of your thoughts on this buck are...thought to of been hit by a big rig that same year but some ppl say he wasn't.
