You must get involved and preserve Hunting and Fishing Heritage!

According to the National Conference on State Legislatures, only a few of the fifty states actually have constitutional guarantees of the right to hunt and fish.

State Year of Adoption

Alabama 1996
Arkansas 2010
Georgia 2006
Louisiana 2004
Minnesota 1998
Montana 2004
North Dakota 2000
Oklahoma 2008
South Carolina 2010
Tennessee 2010
Vermont 1777
Virginia 2000
Wisconsin 2003

Two states in 2012 elections will approach this issue, Kentucky and Wyoming. If you live in these states or own property there, contact your State Representatives and Senators and encourage them to vote in favor. Also, get involved in the campaign to bring voters to the polls should this become part of a public election and ballot.

If your state does not have this guaranteed right, it is paramount that initiatives begin to move toward that. With the political environment being the way it is and the world political monster (UN) wanting to control firearms within the US, we MUST preserve our rights.

If you want to be involved and don't know who to talk to or contact, send me an email or a message and I promise I'll help you find the right people. If there is no initiative in your state as of yet, then maybe it's time to start one! We can identify the movers and shakers in your state as well as draw support from your local (state) wildlife conservation, hunting, manufacturer and sports advocates.

Remember, any initiative can start with just one person having the heart to stand up and tell the rest of the world it's time to do something about it and then being wise enough to ask for help from those who have already done it.
