My name is Brandon Jones and I am 25 years old. I grew up occasionally hunting deer until Christmas Day 2008. I noticed geese flying into a pond at my parents house. I decided to go out and lay in some tall reeds near the pond and see if I could shoot one flying over with a 4-10 shotgun. The next flock came in and I dropped one. There was something about the way that geese cupped up their wings when they were coming in for landing and folded up when I pulled the trigger that got me. I have never looked back since.

After spending a few years losing birds that landed in rivers and creeks that were higher than my waders I broke down and bought a chocolate lab with a solid pedigree. I have since gotten into the Hunt Test game and have a great new hobby when its not hunting season.
