Hi my names Bethany and I love to deer hunt. The whole concept of it is exciting, from the morning, getting up before the sun rises and walking to your favorite spot and waiting for the sun to rise. Patiently waiting for that big doe or that perfect looking buck to you walks through. The race of your pulse starting in you. The way your fingers tremble as you glide your hands over your rifle to ever so slightly and quietly take it off safety. You slowly and carefully raise the rifle up to get that majestic animal in your cross hairs..... the instant that it does the feeling of time standing still, the rise and fall of your chest as you take one breath after the other each one seemingly louder than the last. Finally you gently squeeze the trigger and watching at it hits the target straight on, right in the vital area. Seeing it fall to the ground and lay still as the shot you made quickly made it's point clear on what you intended to do. The walk up to them and the happiness, pride, self worth, accomplishment and awesomness just rises in you. You know from this point you can hunt for yourself and have a dang good dinner tonight with some deer steaks, mashed taters and green beans with some corn bread. lol
