One of my favorite ways to prepare venison. Instead of burger, use a roast cooked in a crockpot all day. Pull it like you would pull pork, add sweet italian sausage, more beans, and you've got the most incredible venison chili you'll ever taste. You could even use elk, moose, bear, and of course even wild boar or feral hog.
