What do you think of this huge trail beaten down in a naturally occurring clover patch between two cornfields? There's a second trail just as big about 5 yards to the side of this one. The deer on this farm spend alot of time in the corn, and when you can find a small opening like this one that they'll use to get back and forth between the two, it can pay off big. This clover also stays nice and green all year long, and gets hit hard when they cut the corn and beans. It just so happens that there's one nice big tree out in the open at the end of this clover patch, and as you can imagine, I've got a stand in it. 15 yards to this trail!
