Has anyone ever hear of Whitetail doe with a horn or antler?

I have herd of this and seen it about 25 years ago , from what I understand it happens about 1 out of every 25,000 deer it's kind of like when a human is a hermaphrodite , The one that I seen was a big doe with a set of spikes about 7" long damnedest thing I ever seen and then to top it all off my buddy almost got in trouble for shooting a doe without a permit-He didn't but almost
